RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Arné aims to provide the best quality hair accessories.
Hygiene reasons restrict us in allowing returns or exchanges on all hair accessories, unless the product is faulty. All items are individually checked before shipment to ensure there are no manufacturing defects. If upon receipt of your product, the item is faulty, we are happy to assist with an exchange. We will gladly exchange your product or provide store credit.
A no refund policy is followed.
All returns and exchanges need to be logged within 7 days of the date of delivery. The item must be returned in its original packaging, with labels attached and in a re-sellable condition. Once the item was received by Arné, the condition will be assessed, and your item will be exchanged.
